First Day of 4th Grade

To the bus we go

Summer fun, Grampy's birthday and mini golf

Star Wars characters provide lots of entertainment - add in stairs and other obstacles and it could fill up a whole morning

Our lunch was allowed free reign of the kitchen and decided to crawl under the ledge of the counters to try and hide - Harry and Robert thought it was lonely so put a couple toys down to keep it company 

Apparently golf is a team sport

It can also be a bit dangerous

Golfing was very hot - so we needed to cool down - can you guess what we ate?

Summer

I have been terrible about keeping this up to date this summer.  It has been a busy one and since I mostly have a child around, I have little time for the computer.  Here are a few pictures of what we have been up to.

We had dinner at a local seafood restaurant and ice cream for dessert when Grampy came to visit for his birthday

Don't believe the grown ups didn't indulge.  They had pie at the restaurant

Robert believes in tiny bites and a slow pace to make sure the ice cream gets as messy as humanly possible

The Coast Guard Tall Ship - The Eagle was in Newport and we took a little time to explore it one afternoon

The favorite part was the big wheel - there are actually 3 of these that take I think 6 sailors to guide in rough seas
